Here are my submissions (inspired by my girlfriend, of course). Obviously, Number 1 is our favorite!!!
8. You have skimmer cup residue in the toilet bowl/kitchen sink/bathtub
7. You don’t really want to know where your toothbrush keeps disappearing to
6. Holding hands is a near impossibility since his is usually dripping wet and slimy
5. You have to unplug the metal halides before you can blow dry your hair
4. You have learned not to complain about being too hot or too cold in his apartment since really, “your body can tolerate fluctuations a lot better than theirs.�
3. Any sweet nothings he whispers are lost under the constant hum of the pumps and fans
2. You try to convince him that “this relationship needs maintenance� and see his eyes dart over to the tank
1. All of the sudden having crabs is a sign of cleanliness
