Does any one have experience contacting them.I have been waiting for at least 10 days and have sent my easy tech question to them twice.
(((First of all let me say the Berlin series skimmer is wonderful.I have had them for years now running with the rio pumps.Now I find myself with a dilema . I have reacently purchased the new turbo model sump style skimmer and it just doesn't seem to be doing as well as it did with the rio brand pumps. The air intake get's cloged just about every day it's driving me bonkers do you hae any suggestions.)))
If any body has the answer to this question or knows a better way to get a hold of them please let me know.
