?When is next FRAG meeting?

When is next FRAG meeting? And has somebody reserved the room? The next DMS meeting is on the last Thursday of Sept at the Round Table Pizza in Tempe.

It should be this Saturday, September 6, 2003.

I can reserve the room.

I have not reserved the room yet since didnt know if we want this saturday or next.

It should always be the first Saturday and never the second Saturday. The 3rd, 4th or last Saturday is always a toss-up, but I think we should start making it the first and last Saturday of the month, like we had mentioned.

the 1st and last saturday would put then 2 weeks in a row.
The 1st and 3rd would be better that way they are at least 2 weeks apart.

Agreed....Let's make it the 1st and 3rd Saturday for the next 2 months. That's as far ahead as we can reserve the rooms, and we should be fine until November before needing to call them and having them mark us down for the Winter meetings.

Oh, I thought we had already decided that :confused: Doesn't matter though, who called and reserved the room?

We did decide on meeting on the first and 3rd weeks, but recently, we've had FRAG on random dates. I'm just trying to solidify what we had agreed on.

BTW, if you scroll up one post, at 11:11pm, a certain mx_tang said he had reserved the room :)

Good question, AJ. The September meetings aren't at 4-6pm, although I posted the correct times and dates in the FRAG FAQ's (http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=236588).


These are the following times and dates that FRAG are scheduled to meet:

September 6, 2003 @ 3-5pm
September 20, 2003 @ 4:30-6:30pm

October 4, 2003 @ 4-6pm
October 18, 2003 @ 4-6pm

November 1, 2003 @ 4-6pm
November 15, 2003 @ 4-6pm

December 6, 2003 @ 4-6pm
December 20, 2003 @ 4-6pm
