Annual meeting and elections

Wish the board would have this meeting at a more benifical time when more members would be there. I don't arrive in town till 9:45 :mad2:

Hi Aquaman,

Sorry you couldn't attend the meeting. This is really the only time that it can be held without missing any of the activities. If we did it on Thursday, that would mean the expense of an extra night at the hotel.

Joe, congrats on winning the First Place Website Award!!! Sorry we didn't get a chance to visit.
