I am setting up a 38 gal reef and looking for about 40 to 50 lbs of good rock. None of the local shops have any that is worth a crap and they still want 5 or 6 bucks a pound. I am in Peoria area. I am also interested in joining the group.

the best LR you'l find psuedo locally is www.harboraquatics.com - they usually have 1 - 3000lbs of rock on hand to pick through. from champaign it is roughly a 2.5 hour drive.

drop me a PM or email (hcs3@reefcentral.com) with your contact info and i'll get you added to our group. fall meetings should start either late september or october.

hi:
i have about 14-15 pieces (maybe 50-60 lbs) of fiji live rock for sale. it includes some star polyps and green mushroom corals. i would sell all of it for $150 ($3 per pound). i will also throw in a bunch of live sand.
e-mail me at pnewman@uiuc.edu if you are interested.
thanks,
peter
