Anyone have any idea on how I should set up my tank, I want to go w/a FOWLR? I'm not sure how much LR I need and what kind of lighting is needed to have live rock, my tank is about 23.5" deep and I will have about a 4" DSB.

Thanks

I am also willing to trade work for stock. Drywall, electrical, plumbing, Painting you name it I do it and gaurentee all work

I would look at going with around 150 lbs to start and go from there for live rock. I have about 20 lbs to unload but that isnt much help.
I know big mike (MPETERS) is planing a order next I believe from east coast clams.
For a FOWLR lighting is real up to just how much light you want in the tank. The more light the more algea but also the more color on the rock and the better the fish look.
I would consider going with a 3x5' VHO kit would really light it up nicely for viewing.
