You guys have any idea how I can get a mean damsel out of my tank. He kills every new fish I put in. 5 so far

Yea take all the rock out of the tank and catch him.... Stop feeding him for a while week or more then feed him with the use of a 2l bottle with the top cut out and some small holes in the bottom when he goes in to eat take the bottle out.... This will take some time do due as you really need to starve the fish or get him trained to go into the bottle...

I have a trap made out of a short section of 4" pvc and some eggcrate with a monofilament hinge. It scares the fish at first, but I put food in it on a clip. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for them to go in. A section of monofilament run from the door thru a hole in the pvc and then out of the tank is yanked on to close the door and pull em up.
