Black spot on Yellow Tail Tang

Dear,
I have some yellow tail tang. I see in his skin has black spot. Some spot more big than the others. What is that ? how to treat them ?

Are these black spots smallish, around the size of a pinhead? If so they are likely the so called black ick. This is easily treated either by holding the fish in hyposalinity for 3-4 weeks or with 1 hour formalin dips (20 drops to 1 gallon of tank water).
