I have an Iwaki 100RLT pump that I haven't hooked up for about a year. It was working ok the last time I used it, except it was making more noise than it should. I think it probably needs taken to a motor repair shop to be serviced (or a mechanically inclined person could probably do it).
I also have a new Sea Swirl (never used) that won't fit on my tank.
I would take $$ offers, or trade toward Play Station 2 or PS2 games.
The Iwaki pump is about $390 new. This one is about 4 years old.

I need a return for the 180g still. I think I had mentioned to you before I was interested in your Iwaki if you decided to sell it. Pm me what you'd like to have for it (kinda leery to make offer with it making excessive noise and hasnt been looked at by someone). I'm sure we could work something out.
thanks - P

Paul,
I will run it to a motor shop today and have them look at it. I really don't think there is a problem with it, but I will make sure.

Delivered to motor repair shop, and should be serviced in the next day or so.
Sounds good , eager to hear the results and what you are wanting for it.
I'm also interested in the Iwaki.

Pump repair shop just called, pump is tuned up and ready to go. Runs perfect, according to them.
If anyone is still interested, I would like $200, or best offer. If I have to ship, buyer will pay shipping costs.
Brian - I'll take the pump , did they say what caused the noise?
I have class Saturday afternoon , I could run down sunday and get it. LMK - Thanks

Paul,
Rawlings Electric Motor Repair Shop in Mattoon are the ones who worked on it. I am taking a check for $42.56 to them right now for the repairs. I will give you a copy of the bill if you like so you can see what they did, and I will ask them for a definite description of what they did when I pick it up.

Paul,
Repair shop replaced bearings and said the pump runs like new. This weekend would probably be best for me.
Jimmy,
The Sea Swirl is a 3/4", new in box, never used. It won't fit on my tank, so I never used it. I will take $75, obo.
