Just wanted to publicly thank you for your awesome customer service. I bought Jason's products in the past before he did some modifications. Cleaning the older Remoras is very difficult to do. Jason sent some specialized brushes to make this chore easier. Just wanted to let everyone know that you have excellent customer service skills. Keep up the great work and never stop looking for a way to improve your products and processes.

Yep, Jason rocks. He sent me the same cleaning brush for my Remora Pro free of charge a few months ago. From the time I e-mailed him with cleaning problems to the time I opened the package was four days.
