How do you tell if waterflow is too much?

Hi there. I just got some metallic green mushrooms.

My question is, how do you tell if they have too much water flow? Some are really expanding, while others just seem to droop over the rock they are on.

Also the last 3 nights or so the mushrooms have kind of deflated at about the same time at night. Is this normal? Do they have some kind of internal clock?

If you have too much flow they will not open. Yours look pretty good. That particular type will take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to adjust fully then they will start to spread anytime after that.

I never worry too much about them unless they are still not open after a week.
