Anyone have a culturing station

Does anyone here grow cultures of phytoplankton, rotifers, or pods?

I've done phyto before in 2L bottles cultured from DT's. I stopped using phyto around January of this year because I didn't see any difference in my tank inhabitants. Theoretically, it should have made my Crocea happy, but my Crocea is 4 to 5" in size so it's past the critical juvenile stage requiring lots of phyto.

Copepods and amphipods, I bought a seeding kit from Florida Aqua Farms last year for my refugium. I found that I can get 'pods from fellow reefers more easily. (and healthier ones too). I got saltwater mysis from a fellow reefers and they've done great in my refugium.
