...do you 2 sets of endcaps, or 2 endcaps (1 set)? also, do you have any idea of electricity usage? basically what i'm wondering is, if i'm only going to run 2 48" VHOs, will it matter, bill-wise, what size ballast i'm running? thanks.
oh, and i'm in s.f. also, so how much w/out shipping?

I only found 1 pair of endcaps (unused). I would knock off $10 if you're local. I may be able to find the other pair...else, would knock off another $5 for the missing endcaps. The ballast has barely been used (less than 6 months). Thanks,
