My LFS awhile back was telling me company out there had successfully raised Falme Angels and mandarins (two different companies on two separate occ***ions)and would be gearing up for sales over the next few years. Anyone heard anything about this?
Also has anyone successfully had moral eels breed in their tanks, not neccessarily commercially but even in home tanks?

I think inland has angels, etc... lots of people breed fish localy, check for a reef club in GA, yup actually after checking inlandaquatics.com has tank raised angels(1) and several kinds of tank reared (they seperate the larvae in the wild, raise them in a tank...way less intrusive than collecting juvenile and mature specimans)

A lot of the Centropyge Angelfish (including the Flame) are currently being bred in Hawaii. Take a look at the 2003 Marine Fish & Reef USA annual magazine for an article from Frank Baensch discussing what they have been able to accomplish.

The new FAMA has a big spread by Frank about breeding Angel's.
