greetings,
does anyone want to help me with my quest to stock my reef with only tank raised specimens?
i met a few of you at some psas meetings (feb and march), but i didnt get out to the recent ones because school kicked into high gear...
anyway
after about a year of planning, i am happy with the chemistry and plumbing of my tank. the water and rock has been in for 3 months, and im up to lights on for 7 hours. my nitrates are at 20 ppm, phosphate at 0.8 mg/l, pH is 8.3-8.4, and alkalinity is 240 ppm. i dont have a calcium test yet. i would like to start with some "easy" corals, but would like to work up to anything i can handle. if anyone is willing to help me out with some advice or even with some organisms, please email or pm me...
