We went enough over our original goal for the Philippines that with just a little more money we will be able to provide a large amount of netting to Indonesia as well. This will be a huge necessity as trainings will be starting there soon. Since freight is such a huge cost, it makes sense for us to try to ship as much netting as possible all at once. One of the reasons why we can do this is because we are buying entire rolls of netting. This reduces the cost by close to 20%.

Shipping to Indonesia directly is more costly, plus we needed to procure a storage facility, raising the cost even more. In talking it over with Ferdinand, we realized that it would be best if he brought over netting as needed in his luggage as a box can hold several hundred feet of mesh, which is enough for a few dozen collectors.

So we decided to increase the amount of netting we would ship over, realizing we could save on the shipping and storage, lowering cost overall, and providing ample amounts of netting for both locations.
