Thanks. :) Yeah, no kidding about the bubble... When I got it from Bud, it was just getting over some sickness, but it looks totally recovered now! And it's HUGE!

....Anyone know how to frag a bubble coral?..... ;)

I think if you are super lucky it may "spawn" a new one along side of it. The only other way i see to do it would be with a saw or a hammer and a chisel and break it in two. I highly recommend against breaking it in two. Enjoy it and maybe it will "spawn" a new one. I had a pink bubble once that had a baby in another tank. It was right along side of the bigger one.

Wow, that would be cool!

I don't want to frag it.... but I'm afraid if it gets too big, I'll be forced to. Hopefully it won't come to that.... :p

It will get big:D We have a green bubble that has tripled in size since we got it. It was kind aof a rescue purchase. One of those time where you say to yourself lets get it before it dies. I have a pink hammer coral that i got from a lfs that i am trying to save right now too.

Unfortunately the bubble won't "Spawn" a smaler one. The only way to frag a bubble is with a hammer. I know it sounds drastic but it is the only way to do it. It looks great by the way. Glad to see it doing so well in your tank.

Bravodelta, I had a pink bubble in another tank that had a second one attached to the same skeleton. I thought that maybe they reproduced a-sexually. I thought it was very strange to have two seperate bubbles on one skeleton. How do they reproduce? I don't think i would take a hammer to my current one:D
