Anyone seen these before? I just got a small frag with about ten polyps. I have never seen them before anywhere in person or surfing the web. I haven't got a digital camera so have no photo but perhaps I could get a shot of them as they grow. The orange is truly neon like the color of those safety cones or vests!

Yup, those are the ones! That's the first photo I have seen of them.

I have those.... They were purchased from a local reefer here. At first they were that color but then after I threw MH's on them they started getting more darker and more Red'ish Orange. Nice!

Are they similar to the ones on the left of this pic? I got about 6 polyps a couple weeks ago and they've settled in fine with new growth already. Very cool zoos. :) I also like the blue zoos that I just got yesterday from Tropical Paradise, in the top right of the pic:

Those are really nice "got chow"! Mines are silvered centered. I guess theres alot of variations in these types. ;)

Thanks TPHAN. Actually mine are more silver centered too, kinda whitish-silver. I know in the pic it's a bit purplish... It's just my camera can't exactly capture the correct colors of everything with my 14k hamilton bulbs. I bought mine as an aquacultured frag, and it seems maybe somebody got some from the "socal colony" up to norcal! :)

Probably... In either case these are nice Zoanthids to have in a tank w/o the high cost like some others. Good luck to all with them! :)
