Here's what I got:
The 55G
Probably close to 75lbs of rock including coral rocks and rubble.
2" to 3" CC Sandbed
Wet/Dry
Salinity is around 1.025 to .026
Temp 79 to 81
All Parameters are normal except PH and KH...I have a hard time keeping them up now.
I just switched from 65W PC 50/50s to PC 65W 10K
I also run a 36" Actinic along with the main hood.
I treated with the regular stuff and I also use ZooPlez and PhytoPlex.

The New 29G
Just started.
50lbs total LR
2" to 3" Carib Sea Indo Pacific Sand
Bio Wheel Filter
It's Cycling right now, but I'll start stocking it Mid-July
Temp 79
Coralife PC Hood 1 65W 10K & 1 65W Actinoc 03
1 - 301 Hagen Powerhead
2 - 402 Hagen Powerheads
I plan on putting a 20G Sump in the stand an using it to grow out Callupera(sp).

Any suggestions for either tank to help Zoos grow faster?
Lighting changes are not an option on the 55G tank...It's built into a bar and there's only 4" above the tank.

Thanks

Hi Mike,

If you look at my signature, my tank is similar to your in dimension. With the lighting I have, my zo growth is great.

I can only suggest good current flow-they love it.
Regular phytoplankton feedings.
Maybe for your large tank just a bit more lighting....

Check out some of my tank shots... http://zoanthids.arnieboy.com/
