i ordered something from them( a water purifier) 4 weeks
ago, it still hasn't arrived, worse, after the 3rd phone
call, there hasn't been any apology.

I am sorry I wasnt there to answer your phone call at the store but I did send you an email yesterday with a tracking number and an apology within it. Your order was placed on the 14th of march and that was exactly 3 weeks ago. Your unit should arrive today. We had to wait 2.5 weeks to get these TWP in stock here. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience. We sold almost 50 of these units in a weeks time and ran out of stock and had to wait to receive more.

after listening to Rich talk down to me and listening to
Rich argue with me --i am furious!!

i called him one week after i placed my order, he didn't
accept my offer to repeat my information to him."Naw-man
if you placed it--we got it"

i called another week later, i insisted he have my name,
i'm planning things around this delivery, "yeah, THEY ARE
SHIPPING IT FROM THE FACTORY, YOU SHOULD RECIEVE IT THURSDAY" (the29th)

i called a third time yesterday (the 3rd of April),
"look, we got a hundred orders for this stuff and
it all got potted around wrong, take it or leave it!"

Now if Rich would have at least taken my information when
i called at the end of the first week i would be more
understanding two more weeks later when i hear there was
a mix up.

Now if Rich would have been honest the second week and
said what was really up, i could have made other arrange-
ments-it happens.

Now if Rich would not have said "take it or leave it"
on my third phone call i would still be a customer.

When i get this order-it hasn't arrived-i will never
ever subject myself to that kind of confrontational
attitude ever again.

If Rich worked for me, i would fire him.

I was mad hours after my last phone call to that place.

I've noticed that they overcharge anyway...
