Not OEM. The 400 Watt bulb comes straight from Ushio it is in a white sleeve and does not say Ushio on the bulb. Folks can verify these are Ushio bulbs by calling Ushio.

The price for the 175 watt Ushio bulbs is $60.99 per bulb.

The 400 watt Ushio bulbs described above are $82

The Radium 400 watt bulbs are $79.99 I have a limited number of these in stock. So let me know how many and I can always order more.

I'm not sure, but I think if someone is paying you with a credit card because they do not have their own account, there will be a 2% charge taken out when you receive it. I think there is no charge if you both have accounts. Don't quote me on this, I'm just trying to remember from past experiences.

For paypal, as long as you have a personal account where you do not accept credit card payments, then there is no charge, if you are a premire account holder then no matter how you receive a payment then there is a fee from .7% +.30 cents to 2.7% +.30. Anyone paying you has to have a paypal account.
