Need help deciding on lighting

I just bought Golfish's 150g tank and needed some help on what lights I should put in. I want to keep SPS and softies. The tank dimensions are:
40"L x24"Hx30"W.
I was thinking of either of these two setups:
2 x 400w 6500k Iwasaki w/2x110vho or 3 x 250w 10k. I also have an extra dual 175w 10k setup available for the canopy. Any input would be appreciated since I'm going to get this tank up and running next week.

IMO, I'd go with 2 400 watters running Ushio 10k lamps. Toss in 2 VHO for dusk/dawn. A 24" deep tank is going to get a lot of growth from the 10ks.

Thanks for the quick reply Eric. That's what I was leaning towards. What are you going to use on your new tank? (Isn't it around 150/180g?)

It's a 6'x'2'x20". I have 2 175's and a 250 running 10000k ushio. But I plan on changing out the 175's for 400's in the future. I have a massive centerbrace that the 250 is over. I don't want to risk cracking it with a 400.
