He is a solar wrasse or also called tricolor fariy wrasse.

Thanks George, he is just now starting to get settled in and is starting make his laps around the tank :) My little orchid dottyback is giving him some problems, I guess he dosen't realize that the wrasse is probably 5X his size...funny little fish...he will learn :)

Nice fish....I would sugguest covering your tank if you dont already....I had two fairy wrasses and both jumped out....caught one on the floor and put him back in and he lived and only to jump out again....also loved to jump in my overflow...
