Greetings,
I purchased, about a month ago, a live rock with a bunch (~8) green ricordias on them.
They seemed to be doing fine, and then all shriveled up.
About half are back, and have split, so I presumed the shriveling was part of the splitting issue.
However, the others are very small and look like the tossed up their insides, it's white stuff, looks very much like a maze.
I was wondering if this is a bad thing, since the others did it as well prior to splitting, but these last four haven't split and don't look happy...
..suggestions?
29 bowfront
220 watts PC lights
82 degrees temp
8.0 pH
400ppm Calcium
0,0,0 ammonia, nitrite, nitrate
0.2 phosphate
0.0 silica
8 dKH
The ricordias are in full view of the light, and have been since introduction.
The ones that split are all very large.
Not target fed.
