Test Kits

Hello

I just wanted to know if seachem test kits were any good? I am going to get a good test kit with everything should I get seachem or should I save up for a salifert test, are they really that much better?

Is there a better test kit for someone on a budget?

IMO, the SeaChem kits are good, but very hard to read. The color change between the different levels is not that distinct. I prefer the Salifert kits which are easy to use, accurate and very easy to read.

I picked up my salifert ca test kit at Clayton Pet Emporium. I think it was around $20. I would take that test kit over any others.
