Hello Greater Minnesota reefers!

I live in Minneapolis and I thought I'd post this here in addition to the TCMAS forum....
hope you don't mind!

I am looking to sell my 90 gallon AGA with stand and canopy. The tank is ready to go, drilled with 2 slip bulkheads in each rear corner to be used as overflows. Not a scratch on it. The back of the tank is painted a pleasant navy blue...

The stand is DIY and built like a tank. Has a side door, which I added so I could fit the 30 gallon long tank I use as a sump. It is 2x4's with 2x6 cross-braces on the upper portion. Center support brace. Wrapped in 1/4" Oak plywood. Brass hinges, somewhat tarnished, but I plan on putting new hinges B4 sale.

Canopy is framed 1x4's and also wrapped in 1/4" Oak plywood. Inside is painted white. Has 2 Icecap fans which I am willing to sell with the canopy. Other than that, the canopy will be empty (I am keeping lights, reflectors, ballasts, fixtures, and bulbs).

All will be cleaned prior to sale.

I can send you pics if you are interested.
The tank will be taken down next Monday.

I'd like to start at $600 for the whole thing and go from there.
Have some misc equipment that I'd be willing to part with at that price - 30 gallon partitioned sump, Red Sea Wavemaster Pro, perhaps some pumps, powerheads.

Otherwise open to any reasonable offer

Would consider parting it out, but the 3 pieces make a nice unit. The stand cost me nearly $300 in materials itself...

Good deal on a nice setup!

Also what kind of pumps do you have? if you have any

Cool.

I could probably part with a couple Maxijet 1200's and a Mag 7 that needs a new impeller (otherwise fine, new one is $10 through Premium Aquatics).

I have a Mag 12 that I could throw in for an extra $50.

Also have a RIO 2500 or two laying around if the person is OK with RIOs. Personally, I don't use them in my reef tanks, but I have never had a problem with them, either. Could throw one in for free...

Graham you got any corals left?

Update:

I have reduced the tank, stand, and canopy price to $500 (firm).
Will possibly include some accessories...

FastFish720,

I didn't get rid of any corals. I have most of them staying in some friends' tanks until the new tank is up and some of them in a 40 breeder in my basement.
I won't be looking to do any fragging or selling for quite a while.

Hi benihana,

I am in Columbia Heights (NE Mpls) just off of University Ave.

I am "upgrading" to a 120 gallon now that I'm in a new house, have extra room, and had to move the 90 tank anyway.

The tank is empty. In fact, I just scraped the insides clean last night and gave it a good clean up. It looks like new.
If you are interested, I can post pics of the tank and stand/canopy or you could swing by for a look.

Right now, I am using the canopy to light a 40 breeder that is housing a few corals and fish. If given a little notice, I could certainly rig something else up and get it emptied out and ready for sale.

With that, I don't need to sell it, but I have no immediate plans for it and it's just taking up garage space!

If you check the Reefkeeping magazine archives, you will find the tank featured as the April Tank of the Month. There are a few pics of the tank and stand/canopy there. Well, here:

It's been a while...tank is still sitting empty. :(
I'd like to get rid of it, so I'm gonna bump the price down a bit more. If you buy the tank, I will have accessories to include with it. Again, the accessories are only for sale if you buy the tank, stand, and canopy. :D

90 gallon AGA with 2 bulkhead drains, red oak stand and canopy plus 30 gallon sump - $400 (see pics in post above)

PFO dual 250W metal halide ballast, 2 spiderlight reflectors, sockets, and cooling fans (in canopy) with two 6 month old 10,000K Ushio bulbs - $300 (that's about half new price)

Aqua C EV 180 protein skimmer (pump not included) - $200 ($330 brand new without pump)
