Anyone interested in some nice live rock?

I am going to pick up my new tank next week. The guy has offered to sell me his live rock. I have some picures, and it looks like really nice stuff. He has some zooanthids and other corals that are encrusted on it.

He has 100+ lbs. I won't be able to fit it all in my 20G while I am setting up my 75G. I am probably going to take the whole lot and bring the extra to Pet Advantage i f no one else is interested. I wanted to give you (local) guys first shot at it.

I'd be interested and a friend of mine might be as well! Has this rock been cured? Where's it from? I definitely would need to see pictures though so if you could email me some that'd be great. How much do you want for the rock?
