White dots on green Zoanthids

I was wondering what these white dots are that occur on some of my zoanthid colony? Is this a sign of poor health? They are placed in the middle of the tank on a PC strip with a total of 260 watts. Thanks!

are they tiny nudibranchs maybe? Do they move or are they something growing on there.....
