Fasle Perc Had Internal Parasite Eating Small Amounts But very Hyper active

any ideas

it was a part of a pair but the other didnt recover from parasite

now he is alone and eating small amounts buts as i said very active any ideas

would it be okay to get another clown i do believe the parasite has been removed from my system

all other fish fine just the clown
bored maybe i dont know i have been meaning to put an anemone in but i dont want to move the couple i have out of their tanks i will just get another one i thinkm

i am not sure exactly i just know because of the white feaces and they stopped eating all of a sudden....one died so i am guessing thats what it was...i did a 70 percent water change and turned off all lights to reduce stress...
