I had an aiptasia that I kept injecting with vinegar, kalk, and tried a couple things (except chemicals) but it kept growing back, so today I took the rock out and used a blow torch to burn it to a crisp. I mean using a 3" pressurized flame, on an aiptasia smaller than a dime, might have been overkill but it got the job done and was fun as hell.

Sounds tempting but I think I will stick to the blow torch :D

Sounds like a good idea- the old hairspray-with-a-lighter thing might put unsafe chemicals on the rest of the rock :furious:

:spin3:
Thats funny though mike, my husband almost burned the house down once using that method on a bee hive near our front door once he was using lysol and a lighter :rolleye1:
