i discovered zoos growing!

i have found small zoos spreading on my rock. I have had this rock for like 8 months, but i guess this part was just never exposed to the light till now. There are like 15 of them and spreadin up to higher light. They are only .5 cm in diameter and are a light brown with red rings in the center. They are about 14inches deep in my tank from my 192watts of PCs, how do i get they growing fast!???? Pics soon

I think I just found like 25 little tiny ones growing on my ricordea rock. They have green centers and purple skirts. I also bought what I thought was my first colony of Lime green mouths/purple "body" and lime green skirts. They are nice!!!
