Lifereef ooverflow?

I was wondering what everybody's opinion was on lifereef overfolw boxes were? I'm thinking of replacing mine with one of those.

They seem to be quite popular here on RC. Most people here do not think much of the CPR overflows. Personally, I use an Amiracle and am quite happy with it.
