I have been looking for a cheap return pump for a sump that I plan on installing and this one fits the budget. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2317182911&category=20758 This will be for a 29g aquarium. Will this be a decent enough pump for my needs, or is this an even worse pump than a rio? Thanks.
