Reliable & Efficent Submersible Pump?

I need to find a reliable and electrically efficent submersible return pump. I'm learning towards a Sedra (5000?), but would like options.

mag drives are good pumps, i use 2 mag7's and dont have any problems with them

I've been using the Dolphin Pond / Tank Master series with good results.

i have been using a mag drive for my skimmer,but have always used a Laguna pump (made by Hagen for ponds,work great for SW returns as well) for my return,works silent,no heating of the water like the mag,and pretty cheap (doesnt have "made for SW tanks" attached to it),look into them,mine's been working great for a couple years now....Riot.....
