I have 2x110W Actinic VHO's and 2x96W 10K's.
Where in the tank (what height) should I place my zoos for maximum growth?
My tank is 18 inches deep.

Welcome to the addiction... :)

With your lighting you should be able to have them thrive anywhere. I imagine they'd grow faster the higher up you put them, generally speaking.

Some types seem to just spread faster than others given the same conditions so your results may be mixed.
