captive reared Hepatus tangs

I am a PhD. student in aquacultural engineering and am interested in what company is "captive rearing" the tangs mentioned in article by Henry Schultz. I have written e-mails to one of the online sellers of these fish and they will not reply. I am interested in systems and husbandry related to marine finfish propogation and would like to contact the company to learn more about their work.
