Chalk Basslet Needs a Home - Seattle Area Only

My Flame Angel chased my Chalk Basslet out of the tank the other night. It has a fat eye which it has had for a few months but seems healthy otherwise.

I have him in a netted area in my refugium right now. It is reefsafe. If you are interested in providing a home to the basslet, please drop me an email at reeftank@fitermania.com

hey have a ?. well it seems to be just sitting on rock work. Is that normal??

It will hang around in crevices or under ledges retreating if it is freightened. Does it come out to eat?

ok fed it and it did come out, when it was dpone went back in rocks somewhere is that normal??
