Don't upgrade the light on Eclipse 6?

Hi,
I'm planning on buying a Eclipse System 6 gallons.
I only plan on keeping zooanthids(orange,green), red & purple mushrooms, green bubble tip anemone, green star polyps, and one clown fish.

I'd rather not spend $60 to upgrade the light. Have anyone of you successfully run a reef with the original manufactured stock Eclipse.

Basically, I'm just pulling corals & rocks out of my main 120 gallons reef tank to put into the eclipse tank.

yes youll most likely have to upgrade and it wont cost 60 $ to do so i got 2 13 watt pc's for 20$ 10$ a piece and they came with 65 k bulbs if you get em some places its 20 a piece for the retro so i dont think itll cost around 60 good luck,Chris

Thanks. I just bought the 5 gallons re-badged Eclipse from Wal-Mart. It comes with 12" T5 bulb. Why would you want to replace a t5 bulb, witt a T7 bubl(Power Compact?) Wouldn't the T5 be brighter then the T7?
