Goniopora Flower pots propagation.

Hi everybody, this is my first post in this forum, and i would like to share some pics of my Gonis budding. I have this Corals for about 3 years on my reef and they use to dropp about 50 budds per year. Many people dont have much success with this kind of coral but i haved for three years on my reef with any problem. On the right side of the pics are some of the budds.

do you use filtered ro/di water? What do you do to your tank in order to keep your goni alive?

What is your set up? do you use a protein skimmer?

My set up is: DSB, a lot of Live rock, RO/DI, Protein Skimmer and now i have a Calcium Reactor unit. My illumination is 4 250w M/H and two 110w VHO's because my tank is a SPS dominated tank and strong water currents. I weekly add C-Balance and do monthly water changes and thats it.

Is that a goniopora and not an alveopora? I can't tell from the pictures.

The one that i I have is Goniopora lobata, 24 fingers on each polyps. The Alveopora use to have 12 on each polyps.

Not sure if this has been covered yet but what kind of artificial salt mix do you use?

Indeed thats the one Casino. By the way how your Goniopara are doing, hope they doing well, it looks nice, i place mine on the substrate but they do well on the rocks too because i have mine on the rock work for a long time.
