HELP!!! going nuts!!

ok, i've had my nano set up for two years but my coraline algae has never really taken off. my calcium is at 460, nitrates are 0, temp is 82. i add bionic alk and calcium to keep the calcium at that level. i do weekly water changes. so what else do i do??? i've tried just about everything and it just won't grow. the live rock i bought was covered with it but it won't spread. help, i'm just getting frustrated.

SeaChem Reef Builder is good for the same thing without really affecting pH.

can u give a list of equipment, tank size, lights, etc? that might help assess the situation.

Are you using kalk in your topoff water ?
