Hi Jim,

Can't help too much. It is probably in the genus Holothuria or in the family Holothuridae, but there are simply too many of them that look a lot a like to do much from a picture.

Generally, what you have to do is to snip a couple of pieces of skin off, digest them with bleach and examine the shape of the ossicles within them.

This rather upsets the cuke... :D

It will be a good mopper, I think. Most species in the holothuridae are.
