I'm considering getting a few poison dart frogs, and, if I do, it will be necessary for me to culture flightless fruitflies (Drosophila melanogaster ). These little buggers appear to be rather nutritious, at least as far as protein content goes, and I am wondering if there would be any reason why I couldn't put them in my feeding rotation for my fish (percula clowns, flame hawk).

I don't see any particular problem as long as they don't become the main food. Insect scleroprotein (the major component of their exoskeleton) is quite different from that of any marine animal. I don't this will cause any real problem as long as it is not ingested to excess.
