Best sand/live sand ratio on new setup?

OK, seeing as I have found a source for sand, what is the best ratio of live sand/sand on a new tank set-up? The 180 will require at least 540 lbs of sand as I see it. I planned on about 500 lbs sand and the rest made up of live sand. That being said, how much live sand do you think I will need to get the DSB up and running well? 50? 100lbs?

At least 50# I would think. Placed in several concentrated areas around the tank. Not all live sand is equal. You not only want bacteria, but you need the worms and other critters that will stir the sand. Obviously, the more live sand, the faster the cycling process!
