13 watt bulbs!!!

Those really cheap 13watt bulbs from walmart...

which department are they in???? I just spent too long looking for them hehe.

The 13 watt pcs are in the lamp/light fixture department.

The ones I found were in the lamp section. They were on the aisle opposite the 13W desklamp. They are 6400K and I think they were like 3.97$ or close to that. HTH.........SA

the ones i found were on a hanger on the wall behind the lamp....

Mine were found hanging on a post in the aisle that has the novelty lights like the lava lights.

I discovered that if you go into the hardware section, many Walmarts carry those yellow
CFL worklights for the same price as the desk lamps: 9.99. The bonus is that those lights
already come with a 6400 K bulb in them. No additional bulb to buy! They are very easy to disassemble and
retro. (Of course a trained prof. elec. should install all electrical devices.)

Just a side note these use G23 sockets not the usual GX23 sockets that are used by ahsupply and other suppliers.

I found that too on a 13w pc desk lamp I picked up ar Goodwill. There's a "fin" down the middle of the socket (top and bottom. I just broke them off with a needle nosed pliers and it worked just fine. Since the fixture only cost $5 I was willing to take the risk.
