I have a brand new Eclipse hood that vibrated like crazy. It made a heck of a droning noise. I called Marineland and talked to a super nice lady. She said the impeller was bad, could have been damaged somehow. She took my address and sent me a new one no charge. I love good customer service!!!!!!

I've had an Eclipse 12 up and running for almost a year now. Just this past weekend the motor/impeller started making a lot of noise and then my boyfriend broke the access pannel. So I called Marineland planning on just buying replacement parts, but they said it was still under warranty and sent me replacements for only the cost of shipping. Very friendly, great customer service.
Great way to stand by a product!
