I was told I was trading for a new Icecap and received a banged up Icecap with an 18" cut off wiring harness and no power cord. It took this dishonest person almost 6 weeks to ship me the ballast after he received my part of the trade and he has not responded to numerous attempts to email and PM him since. I hope that this ballast even works because I could not test it without a wiring harness. Right now I have the wiring harness being repaired and will post back if the ballast even works.
Beware of this guy and I strongly recommend not dealing with him.
