I saw an interesting idea to try and have wondered if anyone else has tried doing it:

Take a look at the 10 gallon reef ready, it has the upper back glass drilled and a small overflow unit built around the hole. Seems like a good idea when considering the amount of space a full size overflow takes up inside a tank. Any possible problems that I may run into if I decide to do this? Thanks,

well, i doubt you will get as much flow through it. also you would have to worry about the noise. it is too small to put a stockman in i am sure.

i like my 20H tank right below the 10gal on that page. that one is mine and i LOVE it :D
