i amgoing to mexico and was wondering what the laws are for collecting fish do you need a permit ifso can you get one if you are olny going on vaction their. also how would i get them to new york how do i ship them what company shiping company would i use

I think there was thread in the main forum about this some months ago. Basically the Mexican collecting laws are rigid and customs regulations require some advanced paper work. You're better off vacationing in the Keys if you really want to do your own collecting.
