Mysis anyone?

India and I are prepared to put in an order for a bunch of frozen Mysis shrimp. If we order a full case it comes out to about $5 per package. Since they sell in stores for up to $14 each, this is a great deal.

For those that have asked for more details, they are Mysis relicata from Piscine Energetics in 8 oz packages. Someone just confirmed that they go for $10 each in Pasadena.

I've got a few order and only really need one or two more to justify taking the risk on buying a whole lot. Anyone else?

what brand is this mysis? I ask because I just picked up a flat (the little cubes) when I was up in Palmdale for like $6 How is this mysis packaged? I cant remember the brand that I bought, it was like Hiwaki or Makuki or something like that...

You're probably refering to the Hikari brand. The flat contains 3.5 oz. of Mysis compared to the 8 oz. package Larry is pimping.

The Mysis are in and safely stored in my freezer. Anyone that wants to pick theirs up early may do so. I will be in and out all weekend.
