Really liking the 30g premier cube, have any updated pix? Any pix of the stand? can you fit a 5g bucket in the stand? I think this is my next tank!

i absolutely love this tank. I went ahead and added a secont 150gph power filter. you cant have enough filtration and flow IMO. i can easily get a 5 gal bucket in the bottom, in fact mine is currently holding 2-6 gal. gas cans used to transport water, lol. more pics coming once i start aquascape

Very nice tank. Are those the legs that came with the light or did you build something to be able to lift the light back like that?

i think i just finished my livestock shopping list once i get the LR of course...1 royal Gramma, 2 clownfish, 1 firefish, red banded goby, 1 fireshrimp, and 1 coral banded shrimp, along with about 12 assorted snails and 12 assorted hermits. i think with the amount of LR i will have in there i should be fine with this list.

I'd remove the Bio Wheels, they convert Ammonia and NitrIte into NITRATE...work well in FW, not such a good Idea in SW, simply remove them, and fill the filters with Resins, Phos Removers ect.

Your tank looks great, what are you planning on keeping coral wise, 96w PC over the tank isn't very much, I'd reccomend at least a 150w MH, to keep SPS, and Clams

LPS will be fine, however it will not thrive under some 3wpg, you won't experence the best growth rate, or color, just keep them fed, and as high as you can, best of luck to you!

Thanks for the pix inside the stand.

Have you considered painting the back of the tank black? That would hide the wiring and really complete the black tank/stand look IMO

Looking good though, best of luck

Wish you would have gone t-5 instead of that light fixture, but nice nonetheless.

I would have liked to have done MH lighting but my LFS was going out of business and i got everything pictured for 300 bucks minus sand and the second power filter. eventually i will upgrade lighting havnt given a whole lot of thought yet for coral i have some in my 12g that will come over but other than that i havnt made it that far yet. I am going to do something with the back of the tank i am thinking of getting a black peice of plastic and mounting it to the back. but thats just a thought i may end up painting it before its said and done. thanks for all the comments
